01 the agreement
these terms are a contract between you and brandmint ("brandmint," "we," "us"). by creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. if you're using brandmint for an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
02 your account
you need an accurate email and a secure password (or a connected google account) to use brandmint. you're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
you must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
03 what brandmint does
brandmint reads links and content you provide, learns your writing voice, and generates draft posts you can swipe through, edit, schedule, and publish. drafts are suggestions; you decide what gets published, and you're responsible for the content you post.
- we generate drafts; you review and approve them.
- scheduling and publishing happen only when you choose.
- we may change or improve features over time.
04 acceptable use
you agree not to use brandmint to create or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. don't try to reverse-engineer the service, abuse our systems, or use it to spam.
05 your content & ownership
you own the links, source material, and posts you create with brandmint. you grant us a limited license to process that content so we can provide the service: analyzing your voice, generating drafts, and storing your library. we don't sell your content, and we don't claim ownership of your posts.
06 plans & payment
brandmint offers a free tier and paid plans. paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law. we'll give notice before any price change takes effect.
07 cancellation
you can cancel your plan or delete your account at any time from settings. on deletion, we remove your content per our privacy policy, except where we're required to retain certain records.
08 disclaimers & liability
brandmint is provided "as is." generated drafts may contain errors, and you're responsible for reviewing content before publishing. to the maximum extent permitted by law, brandmint isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
09 changes to these terms
we may update these terms as the product evolves. if changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
